Currently, the UT CARE Initiative represents 40 members from 5 institutions and 15 different departments. As a way to promote outreach across the central Texas rehabilitation research and engineering community, the CARE Initiative hosts monthly guest speakers from all over the world and an annual research symposium in April. The UT CARE Initiative also serves as a platform for sponsoring student projects, providing information and resources and supporting collaborations between members.
